Mission Statement: FACES of Chatham County is a nonprofit collaborative of volunteers dedicated to meeting the needs of children who would otherwise miss opportunities for success because of economic disadvantage. Social workers from Chatham County Department of Social Services and Chatham County Schools identify needs and make referrals.
